PlayerUp Middleman Payment Never Sent After Completed Account Sale
I used PlayerUp’s middleman service to sell my X (Twitter) account with over 20,000 followers. The buyer has already received full access to the account and confirmed the purchase, and according to the middleman ticket my payout of $87 was “officially complete” and scheduled to be sent to my PayPal account on 17 May. The ticket clearly states that the payment of $87 via PayPal to the email address elrhaz***[email protected] would appear in my account within an estimated 1–96 hours. Despite this confirmation, I have never received the $87 in my PayPal account. After the 96 hours passed with no payment, I began replying to the same ticket and repeatedly asked for an update, but there has been no response at all. I wrote on 23 May asking for updates, again on 28 May, again on 3 June, and on 16 June I even asked if I could provide an alternative payment method because this delay had become unacceptable and felt like I had simply been left without my money. I also tried reaching PlayerUp through other channels such as Telegram and Twitter and even opened an urgent ticket, but I still received no reply from support. This was my first time using PlayerUp and this $87 payout is the only transaction I have ever had on the platform. The buyer has the account, the middleman ticket says the transaction is complete and the payment is scheduled, yet I have been waiting since 17 May without receiving the funds or any explanation. I request that PlayerUp immediately sends the $87 payment to my PayPal account as originally promised and provides a clear explanation for this long delay and the lack of any support response.
