StarPets Sale Completed But Payment Missing From Balance

I am writing about a serious issue I experienced with a recent sale on Starpets. Earlier today, at around 8:16, a buyer purchased my item, and by approximately 8:24 the buyer had received the item. Despite the successful completion of the sale on the platform, the money I am supposed to receive has still not appeared in my Starpets balance, and it has now been missing for about five hours. I am using Starpets from the US, and this is the first time I have encountered a problem like this. It is very frustrating that the buyer has already received the item, yet I have not received the corresponding funds in my website balance, which is the only place where this payment should appear. I contacted Starpets support about this issue, but the response I received was little to no help, and they eventually stopped replying, leaving the problem unresolved and without any explanation. I request that the missing amount from this sale be promptly added to my Starpets balance and that I receive a clear explanation of why this issue occurred in the first place. I expect Starpets to review this transaction, correct the balance problem, and ensure that similar issues do not happen again.
