I Didn’t Receive 20 Blob Pets and 400 Green Gems in PK XD After iOS Purchase

I made two separate purchases in PK XD—20 Blob Pets through my Android device and another 20 Blob Pets along with 400 green gems through my iOS device. The money was successfully withdrawn from my credit card, and the purchases show up clearly in my iOS purchase history with proper receipts. However, the Blob Pets and gems I bought through iOS were never delivered to my account.

Strangely, the 20 Blob Pets I bought through Android showed up two hours later under the name “Pet Pod,” but the iOS purchases are still completely missing. This has been incredibly frustrating, and it’s unacceptable for a kids’ game to handle purchases this poorly.
