I Paid for a PK XD Pet Pack with Friends but Didn’t Receive Any Items

Just a few minutes ago, my two friends and I each paid diamonds in PK XD to purchase a Pet Pack bundle together. In total, we spent 55 diamonds for this group purchase. The in-game transaction showed up as successful, and we all received confirmation messages that the payment had gone through.

However, none of us received the pet pack or the associated items in our inventories after the purchase. This issue happened simultaneously to all three of us, which clearly shows it’s not an isolated problem on a single account.

We haven’t contacted customer support yet, but we’re hoping to get a quick resolution here. Since the purchase was recent and verified, we are requesting that the promised items be delivered to our accounts immediately or the diamonds refunded if that’s not possible. We followed all the steps correctly and expect PK XD to fix this bug and fulfill the transaction as advertised.
