PKXD Took My Payment for Plus but Didn’t Deliver the Diamonds or Reset My Subscription

My PK XD Plus renewal date has passed, and I still haven’t received what I paid for. It’s been two full days now. Two days ago, the timer said 12 hours left, but nothing arrived. I checked again yesterday—it said 15 hours left, still nothing. And today, it now says 22 hours, but I haven’t received my diamonds or any sign that my Plus benefits are active.

What’s even worse is that my credit card has been charged—PK XD took my money, but didn’t deliver what I paid for. This is extremely frustrating. I’ve waited patiently and given it time, but it’s clear something is wrong.

My username is edosss and my player code is 1170. I’m kindly asking you to give me the diamonds I’m owed and fix whatever is wrong with my Plus subscription. If you’re charging people regularly, the service needs to work properly. Please take this seriously and resolve it as soon as possible.
