I Paid for Items and Gems in PK XD But Never Received Them

I purchased two items in PK XD, including one for ₺99 and a pack of 50 gems for ₺29.99, but neither of them has been delivered—even though the money was already withdrawn from my account. It’s been several days, and every time I log into the game, the items are still missing. This is unacceptable, especially for a platform targeting kids. I expect what I paid for to be delivered immediately or refunded without delay. I didn’t spend this money to be ignored or scammed. PK XD, take responsibility and resolve this issue right away. You can’t keep charging users and failing to deliver.
