I Lost Diamonds and Coins After PK XD Update Despite No Account Activity

Hello, I’m reporting a serious issue I experienced in the PK XD game after the latest update. Just one day ago, I had 1003 diamonds and 2,025,825 coins in my account—both earned fairly through the Clubs section in the game. However, after the new update was released, my diamonds dropped to 806 and my coins dropped to 1,679,925 without any explanation.

I’m absolutely sure that no one else accessed my account. If someone had, they would have spent the currency on items, but nothing has been purchased. This seems to be a bug related to the recent update, and I’m extremely frustrated because this is the second time I’ve experienced such a loss in PK XD.

I’m asking the developers to please investigate this issue and restore my lost diamonds and coins. Many players, including myself, dedicate time and sometimes real money to progress in the game. It’s incredibly disappointing to see our hard-earned rewards vanish without warning. Please fix this error and ensure it doesn’t happen again. I expect my balance to be corrected as soon as possible.
