I play PK XD on PC, and about 10 minutes ago I suddenly noticed that my account showed -173 diamonds. I have no idea why this happened, as I did not make any transactions or actions that would reduce my diamonds.

My account name is applejack, and my ID number is 2943. About 4 days ago, I did purchase some diamonds, but this negative balance appeared much later and has nothing to do with that purchase.

This is the first time I’ve experienced such a problem. I have not yet contacted customer support, but I am planning to reach out via email shortly.

I am requesting that my missing diamonds be restored to my account immediately and that this issue be resolved as quickly as possible. Players should not lose in-game currency without reason, especially after spending money on purchases.
