Someone has gained unauthorized access to my PK XD account, and I can no longer change my password to secure it. As a result, I’ve lost everything I’ve worked so hard for—my most valuable pets like Boto and Pamps, as well as all my rare teddy bears and other exclusive items, are now gone. This has left me devastated, as I spent months collecting those pets and items through events, rewards, and gameplay.
It’s unacceptable that there is no way to lock down or recover my account after such a serious breach. I am asking the PK XD support team to restore my account and return my missing pets and items immediately. Please also identify and permanently ban the user who stole my account. If you take action against them, I will consider providing more information to the relevant parties, including S** and A****.
This kind of security vulnerability severely affects trust in the game. I expect swift action and a clear resolution from the PK XD team.
