I Paid Twice for PK XD In-Game Items But Got Nothing
I made two in-game purchases in PK XD after the latest update because my daughters were excited about the new content. The payments went through, and I got a message saying the purchases were successful. But right after that, an error popped up—and nothing was delivered. No items, no gems, nothing. The money was taken from my account, but we got absolutely nothing in return. What’s worse is that there’s no support team to contact. No one replies to emails, and there’s no clear way to get help. It’s unacceptable. This exact issue happened to me today. I’m warning other parents—don’t let your kids play this game.
