Pizza Hut Order Got Cancelled Abruptly

I order from Pizza Hut Çankaya (Yıldızevler Mah.) branch through an application called Migros Yemek. After 1.5 hours passed, I waited for an additional 15 minutes in line for live support and just to get the information that the restaurant has canceled the order. There is no cancellation in the system for any reason. The status of the order still remains as "order is being prepared." It's the second time Pizza Hut is doing the same thing. They cancel the order for no reason. After cancellation, there is no information, and they keep the customer waiting for more than 2 hours. I will not order anything from Pizza Hut unless I want to literally kill time.
