On November 2, 2025, I completed all the required steps to receive a “Risk Free” promo code on Quotex using their binary options service. I paid $10 to obtain the promotional code and posted the required comment exactly as instructed. However, even after several days, no promo code has been provided to me.
When I contacted customer service, I was told that only one “Risk Free” promo code can be issued and that I would need to join their social media promotions to receive additional codes. Despite fulfilling all the conditions, I still expect the promo code I was promised.
I request that my issue be resolved promptly and that the “Risk Free” promo code I am entitled to—based on the payment I made—be added to my account as soon as possible.
