I ordered 6 products from the official Pierre Cardin website. After receiving my order, I decided to keep 2 items and returned the remaining 4 products. However, only the price of 3 returned items was refunded to my credit card, while the payment for 1 item has still not been returned. The missing refund is for the Beige Slim Fit Linen Blend Canvas Pants, with a value of $21. My order number is P32839934516978. The amount was converted using the current TRY/USD exchange rate and rounded to the nearest whole dollar.

When I contacted customer service to understand what happened, they told me that their system and security camera records only showed 3 returned items and that the fourth product had not reached them. However, I am certain that I handed over all 4 returned items together to the shipping company. I also contacted the courier company, and after reviewing their camera footage, they confirmed that I had delivered 4 products.

I have been shopping from Pierre Cardin and other online platforms for years, and this is the first time I have experienced such an issue and felt unfairly treated. I request that the $21 refund for the missing Beige Slim Fit Linen Blend Canvas Pants be returned to my credit card as soon as possible.
