Pierre Cardin Canvas Denim Pants Fell Apart in Days
On October 14, 2025 I purchased a “Pierre Cardin Canvas Denim Pants” during the Tent Days event at the branch of Aydınlı Ready-Wear Industry and Trade Inc. in Malatya. The invoice number for the product is 0012025005681588 and the sales price was $21.
After purchasing the item, I experienced a tear within just three days of use—despite never washing it and only wearing it minimally. I was very surprised and disappointed that the product failed so quickly given such light use. As soon as the issue emerged I contacted the store; however, I was told the product was a “garage item” (i.e., clearance/discount stock) and no assistance was offered—neither a replacement nor any other solution.
Because the product tore so quickly and the store showed no interest in resolving the issue, I have been aggrieved. I request that my product be replaced, and I ask for the necessary support to be provided.
