I Face Tearing Issue on Tommy Hilfiger Scanton Slim Pants After 10 Uses

On February 25, 2025, I purchased a Tommy Hilfiger Scanton Slim RWB DH 6001 model pair of pants from Amazon for ₺2,487. The product was delivered to me in Diyarbakır, and I have worn it no more than 10 times in total. Despite such limited use, the fabric has torn, which is very disappointing for a product in this price range.

This is the first time I’ve experienced such an issue, and I’m extremely dissatisfied that a Tommy Hilfiger item could wear out so quickly. When I contacted Amazon customer service, they stated that returns or exchanges are not possible after one month, which I find unreasonable given the short usage period and the price I paid.

I request that the product be replaced or an alternative solution be offered to address this issue. I kindly ask that my consumer rights be respected and that this defective item be properly handled.
