I’m Disappointed That Pierre Cardin Refuses to Exchange a Brand-New Gift Item
I received the Pierre Cardin shirt with the code 683858 480013 as a gift. However, over the past week and this week, I visited both the Mall of Antalya and MarcAntalya stores to exchange it. In both locations, the exchange was refused because I did not have an exchange card or the phone number of the person who gave me the shirt as a gift.
I also contacted customer service by email, and they stated the same thing—without an exchange card or the buyer’s contact information, they cannot assist. Even though the product is new and unused, being denied the right to exchange it has caused me inconvenience.
I believe gift items should also be eligible for exchange. I request that my right to exchange be recognized and that this issue be resolved.
