I signed up for the Picsart free trial to test it out, but they charged me without any notice—no email, no warning, nothing! On February 16, 2025, the subscription fee was deducted from my account, and I only realized it today, February 18, 2025. I immediately canceled, but the charge had already gone through. As a student, this is a significant amount of money for me, and I feel completely taken advantage of. Picsart, this is unfair! You should notify users before charging them. I need a refund as soon as possible. Has anyone else experienced this? Picsart, fix this issue and stop charging people without clear consent!
