PicsArt Charged After I Canceled My Free Trial and I Demand an Immediate Refund

I am extremely angry and disappointed with PicsArt. I signed up for the 7-day free trial, and I canceled it the very same day to avoid any charges. Despite canceling in time, ₺519 was still withdrawn from my bank account without my consent.

This is completely unacceptable and feels like a deliberate attempt to mislead users. I canceled exactly as instructed, yet my money was taken anyway. If my refund is not processed immediately, I will not hesitate to pursue legal action. I refuse to be tricked like this.

I demand that PicsArt refund the ₺519 charge to my account within the day. Customers deserve transparency and respect, not to be taken advantage of. I expect this issue to be resolved urgently — refund my money now!
