Pi Network Delayed My KYC Approval for Months While Others Got Verified

I have been registered on the Pi Network application for a long time. I have completed all identity (KYC) verifications required for the transition to the mainnet, yet for some reason, the last item, the 9th step, has not been approved. It remains yellow instead of turning green. It has been months of waiting while others were approved before me, but mine is still stuck in the queue. I have tried reaching out to support, but I have not received any helpful response. I double-checked my information, and everything is correct, so I don’t understand why my verification is delayed. It feels unfair that many others are moving forward while I am left behind without any explanation. This is really frustrating. My username is @trbur***.
