Pi Network KYC Stuck on Step 9—Still Not Approved After a Month

I completed my Pi Network KYC verification, and Steps 1-8 turned green without any issues. However, Step 9 refuses to turn green no matter what I do! Initially, it said it would take 14 days, but I have been waiting since February 20, and nothing has changed. It has now been over a month, and I still can’t move forward. How much longer am I supposed to wait? This delay is extremely frustrating, and there is no clear explanation from Pi Network. If everything else is approved, why is Step 9 stuck? Pi Network, you need to fix this issue immediately and provide answers to users who are stuck in the same situation!
