I Can’t Complete Step 9 of Pi Network KYC—My Years of Mining Are at Risk

I’ve been stuck on Step 9 of the Pi Network KYC verification process for a long time, and no matter what I do, I simply can’t proceed. I’ve completed all the required steps correctly, yet I’m still unable to pass this final verification stage. It’s incredibly frustrating and disheartening.

What makes it worse is the complete lack of support—I can’t get in touch with any real person to help resolve this. Is this how Pi Network rewards loyal users who have been mining for years? Am I seriously going to lose all my Pi coins just because of a technical glitch or lack of assistance?

I demand immediate help from someone at Pi Network. Fix Step 9 and let me complete my KYC before my hard-earned Pi becomes worthless. We didn’t spend years mining for nothing.
