I Can’t Complete Step 9 of Pi Network KYC—My Coins Are at Risk of Being Lost

I’ve been stuck at Step 9 of the KYC process in Pi Network for a long time now. I’ve completed every required step exactly as instructed, but the system doesn’t move forward or confirm my verification. I waited patiently, thinking it might resolve with time, but nothing has changed.
