I locked my Pi coins on the Pi Browser mainnet for a two-week period, expecting them to be safely secured until the lock expired. When the lock finally lifted, I was shocked to discover that my Pi coins had been transferred to another account without my authorization. I have always maintained the utmost security with my account—I never shared my password or any sensitive information with anyone. I trusted your locking platform to safeguard my hard-earned coins, and now it appears that your security measures have failed me. After years of effort in mining Pi coins, I feel utterly betrayed by this breach. I demand that you immediately investigate this unauthorized transfer and restore my missing Pi coins. Your prompt action is required to regain the trust of your loyal users and to ensure that no one else suffers from this egregious security lapse!

As a Pi customer, I mined, completed KYC, and my account is active. During the 2-week process, I locked a small portion, and at the end of 2 weeks, 19-20 Pi that came to my wallet was automatically sent to another account. Then why did we lock it? Is your reliability this much? Will you victimize so many people who support you?
