I’ve been a Pi Network user for a long time, and after finally completing the KYC steps, I’m now stuck at Step 9 of the verification process. It’s been 14 days, and nothing has progressed. I followed all the required steps exactly as instructed, but the status hasn’t moved forward, and I still can’t access my coins.
I put in a lot of time and energy into this project, mining daily and inviting others to join. Now I’m extremely worried that all of my Pi coins might be wasted simply because the KYC system is stuck. I don’t understand what the issue is—there’s no clear explanation, and no one from the support team has responded.
Is this system reliable or not? Why should users continue putting in effort if the platform can’t even process completed verifications? I’m requesting that the Pi Network team urgently fix this Step 9 issue and help loyal users access what they’ve earned. Please don’t let our years of effort go to waste.
