I Can’t Access My Pi Network Wallet—Login Blocked
I’ve been trying to access my Pi Network wallet, but I keep running into the same frustrating issue. The system tells me I’m logged into a different wallet, even though I’m using the exact same device and recovery information I’ve always used. For over two years now, Section 8 on my Pi app remains highlighted in yellow, and nothing progresses beyond that point.
I’ve tried logging in using my second recovery phrase as well, but the app then asks for wallet verification—and refuses to accept it. I’ve followed every instruction, retried every method available, and I’m still locked out of my wallet with no access to my coins.
What’s worse is the complete lack of support. There is no way to reach a real person or get assistance from the Pi Network team. The app has no working help channel or clear process for resolving issues like this. It feels like users are left to figure everything out on their own, even when the platform fails.
This situation is unacceptable, especially for a project that’s been around for years and claims to be building a reliable ecosystem. I urge Pi Network to provide a direct support channel and address wallet access issues immediately. I want access to my wallet and my assets without further delays or dead ends.
