Pi Network Step 9 Wallet 2FA Verification Stuck for Over 6 Months

I have been experiencing a serious problem with the Pi Network application regarding the Step 9 wallet 2FA verification. For more than six months, my Mainnet checklist has been stuck with the step showing in orange and the warning “2FA verification required.” Because of this, I cannot transfer my Pi coins to my wallet or complete my transactions.
I already updated the application, but the issue still persists. I also emailed the Pi Network support team, yet I never received any response. My Mainnet username is e**.**
This ongoing issue has left me completely unable to access the coins I’ve worked hard to accumulate. I request that Pi Network resolve this problem immediately and complete the Step 9 wallet verification so I can finally use my account properly. Users should not be left waiting indefinitely without any support or communication.
