Paysend Transfer Still Pending Since October 28 and Money Not Delivered
On October 28, I sent money using Paysend, but the transfer is still showing as pending inside the app. The funds have not been delivered to the recipient, and my money remains stuck. I expected a fast and secure transaction, but instead I am left waiting with no solution.
I tried reaching out to Paysend support, but all I get is an automated chatbot repeating the same messages without actually resolving the issue. There is no proper customer service response, no explanation, and no timeline for when my transfer will be completed.
This has been an extremely frustrating experience, and it has completely destroyed my trust in Paysend. I will never use Paysend again for money transfers, and I strongly advise others to use different platforms that provide real customer support and deliver on their promises.
I demand that Paysend release my funds immediately and complete the transfer without further delay. Holding customer money without delivering the service is unacceptable.
