PhonePe Withdrawal Problem

I am writing to report a serious problem with a withdrawal from my 9 Club account to my PhonePe account. I initiated a withdrawal of ₹20,306 from my 9 Club balance, and in the 9 Club system this withdrawal with Order ID WD2026040622393267377771a is showing as successful. However, even after two days, the amount has still not been credited to my PhonePe account. I have already contacted customer support regarding this issue, but I have not received any response or solution so far. This delay and lack of communication is causing me a lot of stress because a large amount of money is stuck. I request that the ₹20,306 be immediately credited to my PhonePe account, or that you resolve whatever issue is blocking the transfer, and provide a clear explanation of what went wrong with this transaction.
