I made a deposit of 49,999.97 INR to my 10cric account via UPI on February 5, 2026, using PhonePe. The amount was successfully deducted from my bank account, and I have the UPI transaction reference ID T2602051128045398316726. However, even though the payment was completed on my end, the funds have still not been credited to my 10cric account, and it has now been 16 days.
I contacted 10cric customer support regarding this missing deposit, but I have only been told that the transaction is still under review, with no resolution for more than two weeks. I also contacted PhonePe, and they confirmed that the UPI transaction is marked as successful, which means the issue clearly lies on 10cric’s side.
I request that the deducted amount of 49,999.97 INR be credited to my 10cric account without any further delay. I expect this issue to be resolved as soon as possible, as my funds have been held for an unreasonably long time.
