I hold a savings account with Bank of Baroda. On March 7, I made a UPI transfer of ₹2000 to my own Bank of Baroda savings account using the PhonePe application, but the amount has still not been credited to my account.
I am raising this complaint because the ₹2000 has already been debited from my side through UPI, yet it is not reflecting in my Bank of Baroda savings account balance.
This situation is causing significant inconvenience, as I expected the amount to be available in my account immediately after the transaction.
I kindly request that the ₹2000 UPI transaction made on March 7 via PhonePe to my Bank of Baroda savings account be traced and credited to my account as soon as possible.
If there is any issue with the transaction, I ask that a clear explanation be provided regarding its status. If a reversal is required, I request that it be processed without any further delay.
