PhonePe UPI Deposit Not Credited To Trading Account
I made a deposit of ₹900 to my Quotex trading account via PhonePe UPI on 13/01/2026 at 11:46 pm with Deposit ID 108045425. The amount was successfully debited from my PhonePe UPI (linked to mobile number 9005391***), but it has not been credited to my Quotex trading balance. Although the payment was completed from my side, my Quotex account still does not reflect this ₹900 deposit, which is causing me financial inconvenience and preventing me from using the platform as intended. I contacted support on 13/01/2026 regarding this problem, but despite this, the issue has still not been resolved. I request that the ₹900 either be refunded to my original PhonePe UPI account or be immediately credited to my Quotex trading balance without any further delay. I kindly ask you to urgently investigate this failed or pending transaction and resolve it as soon as possible.
