Each time I am told that the issue will be forwarded to the “bills expert”, but even after many days there has been no resolution, no clear update and no credit of my funds. This situation is causing me serious inconvenience and makes me feel that my money is stuck without any proper response. I am demanding an immediate solution. I request that you urgently locate this payment using the reference number 051038662074 and credit the 1000 to my Parimatch account without any further delay today, or give an instant and clear explanation along with proof of action taken, because I have already been waiting far too long for my own money.
