On March 21 at approximately 4:44 PM, I deposited ₹5,000 into my Parimatch account via UPI using PhonePe. However, the amount has still not been credited to my Parimatch balance.
The payment was successfully debited from my bank account, and the UTR/transaction reference number is 922054253368, confirming that the transaction was completed on my end.
After noticing that my balance had not been updated, I contacted Parimatch customer support, but I did not receive any response or proper assistance. This situation is causing inconvenience, as my funds are currently stuck and I am unable to use them on the platform.
I request that this transaction be properly traced and that the ₹5,000 be credited to my Parimatch account without further delay, or refunded to my original payment method. I also expect a clear explanation of why the deposit was not reflected and why my previous support request went unanswered.
