Parimatch India Deposit Not Credited After ₹500 PhonePe Payment

I made a deposit of ₹500 to my Parimatch India account on April 4, 2026, using PhonePe. The payment was marked as successful on PhonePe, and the amount was deducted from my account, but it has not been credited to my Parimatch balance.
I contacted Parimatch India customer support regarding this issue, but the response I received was not helpful, and my problem remains unresolved. Despite the successful transaction, my funds are still missing from my account.
I request that the ₹500 be either immediately credited to my Parimatch account or refunded back to my PhonePe account as soon as possible. I expect a prompt resolution and a clear explanation regarding this issue.
