I made a deposit of ₹2,999 to my Parimatch account on January 17 using PhonePe. The amount was successfully debited from my PhonePe/bank account, but it was never credited to my Parimatch wallet, and I have not received any refund either. My Parimatch ID is 107442381, the ticket ID related to this issue is 67871313, and the UTR number for the transaction is 030725177363. Starting from January 18, I repeatedly tried to contact Parimatch support through email and live chat, but I did not receive any proper response or solution. I was only told that the billing department was working on the issue and that they had not received the money from the payment provider, but after that, there were no further updates and my problem remained unresolved. This situation has caused me significant stress, and I feel ignored despite providing all the required information. I request that this issue be resolved immediately and that my ₹2,999 be refunded to the original PhonePe/bank account without any further delay, or credited to my Parimatch account if the payment has already been received. I also ask that this case be urgently reviewed to prevent other customers from experiencing similar issues in the future.
