Parimatch Shows Deposit as Declined but Keeps ₹2,000 INR

I am writing to report an unresolved payment issue involving a deposit to Parimatch. On November 20, 2025, at around 10:28 p.m., I initiated a deposit of 2,000 INR from my SBI bank account using PhonePe, intended to be credited to my Parimatch account via the Paytm method. In the Parimatch app, the transaction is marked as “amount declined,” yet the 2,000 INR has still not been returned to my SBI bank account. The amount has been pending since November 28, 2025, with no refund and no meaningful update. My bank statement clearly shows that the funds were debited, but the money has neither been credited back to my bank account nor added to my Parimatch balance. I submitted a support ticket with Parimatch under ticket ID 51597007, but I have not received a proper response or resolution. Despite the transaction being labeled as declined, my money remains stuck. I am requesting that this issue be urgently investigated, that the transaction be traced, and that the 2,000 INR be either refunded to my SBI account or correctly credited to my Parimatch account as soon as possible. I also expect a clear written explanation of what went wrong with this transaction.
