PhonePe Fails to Credit ₹1,000 UPI Deposit Despite SBI Debit
On January 18, 2026, at approximately 1:58 p.m., I made a ₹1,000 UPI deposit from my State Bank of India account to my PhonePe wallet. The transaction was successfully completed on the bank’s side, and I have the reference/UTR number 243929655076. However, the amount has still not been credited to my PhonePe wallet.
Despite the successful debit from my bank account, the ₹1,000 is neither reflected in my PhonePe wallet nor returned to my SBI account. I contacted PhonePe through the help desk regarding this issue, but the support I received was not helpful, and my problem remains unresolved.
I am requesting that this transaction be urgently investigated and that the ₹1,000 be either credited immediately to my PhonePe wallet or refunded back to my State Bank of India account. I expect a clear response and a prompt resolution to this matter.
