Deposits Successful but Money Not Credited

I am a Parimatch user and today I made two separate deposits of 1000 INR each through PhonePe to my Parimatch account. Both PhonePe payments were completed successfully and the amounts were deducted from my PhonePe balance, but the total 2000 INR has still not been credited to my Parimatch account in the app. I have valid transaction IDs and reference numbers in my PhonePe history for these two 1000 INR payments, which clearly show that the transfers were successful. Despite this, the deposit balance is not visible in my Parimatch account and I am unable to use the money. When I tried to reach support, I could not get a proper or helpful response about why my deposits were not credited. I request that Parimatch urgently checks these two PhonePe transactions using the PhonePe transaction IDs and immediately credits the total 2000 INR to my Parimatch account. I expect this issue to be resolved as soon as possible and a clear explanation to be provided about why the deposits were not reflected in my account even though the payments were successful.
