Philips XC7055/01 Vacuum Pipe Cracked - Warranty Issue



On 12.07.2025, I purchased a Philips XC7055/01 upright vacuum cleaner online via Hepsiburada. Approximately four months after purchase, during ordinary use, the plastic part at the connection point between the pipe and the body cracked and broke while vacuuming. The product was not dropped or exposed to any impact; this problem occurred solely during normal usage. I do not find it acceptable that a recently purchased and regularly used product breaks in such a short time. I consider this a manufacturing or material defect rather than user error. I contacted customer service but have not received any response so far. I request that the broken pipe part be evaluated within the scope of the warranty and that a replacement part be sent to me free of charge, based on my Hepsiburada order number 4292417058. I kindly ask that this issue be examined as soon as possible and that I be informed promptly regarding the supply of the spare part.
