Instagram Account Disabled After Two Appeal Rejections

My Instagram account with the username “vineet__kashyap__4405” has been disabled even though I only use it for personal purposes. On 23 September 2026 at around 23:20 I submitted an appeal through the Instagram form, but it was rejected. After that I was given the option to try again, so I submitted a second appeal on 24 September 2026, and that one was also rejected. Following these rejections my account was completely disabled, and I can no longer access it. I do not understand the specific reason for this decision and I believe my account may have been disabled by mistake. I am requesting that my account be reviewed once again in detail and that my Instagram account be reactivated as soon as possible.
