My Philips Xc8349 Cordless Vacuum Telescopic Tube Button Broke

My Philips xc8349 cordless vacuum is from Teknosa store. Within a few days, the telescopic tube button broke. I tried explaining my issue to customer service via WhatsApp. They responded, saying, "The product button is an accessory, so any action taken will be chargeable. Free shipping under warranty is not provided." This implies that we're dealing with a brand that prioritizes making money from a fragile button. It's ironic considering their slogan is "Philips durable home appliances." I suggest they change it to "Philips fragile home appliances" from now on. Invest in creating a vacuum that claims to have the strongest and longest-lasting suction power with great engineering. Instead, they produce a vacuum with a button that breaks on the first use. If you had applied even a tenth of the engineering effort you put into the motor to this seemingly simple but critical point, your work would have had meaning. Philips, a brand that can't stand behind a 5-10 TL part of a product sold for thousands of liras.
