My Philips Kitchen Robot Waiting for a Spare Part in Service for 5 Months
I am at a loss as to how my Philips kitchen robot has been stuck in the service center for a whopping 5 months just waiting for a simple brain repair. It's truly baffling how they can't seem to handle such a straightforward fix in all this time. I had read online that Philips has stock issues, but this is beyond unacceptable. I can't believe Philips would do this to its customers, it's absolutely outrageous. What's more, this part that I've been waiting for 5 months used to cost 600 liras! I urgently request that my grievance be addressed and resolved. Until this issue is resolved, I will continue to share my complaint on social media platforms. Thank you.
