Continuous Defects and Frustrating Warranty Denials: Philips Steam Iron Nightmare

I bought a Philips steam iron (model HI5918/20) from the BIM market. The iron had a problem with its card that was covered by warranty, so it got fixed. But, before a year went by, it had the same problem. At this point, the warranty has already expired about 2-3 months ago. The problem is that this product has ongoing issues and is basically broken. Even though the same problem keeps happening, Philips won't admit it and insists on charging for repairs. If you keep getting this product fixed over and over again, it's just going to have the same problem before the warranty runs out. Making people pay for repairs on a device like that is deceptive. If a device keeps having the same problem every two years, it will probably keep happening every year. The cards are not working properly. To sum it up, Philips shouldn't just brush off the problem by claiming that the warranty expired a few months ago. I want you to fix this broken device right away. You don't have to lie to anyone, and it's pointless to try and sell a device that doesn't work.
