Philips 55OLED805 12 TV Screen Black Clouding Issue

I am using a Philips 55OLED805/12 model television that I purchased from Vatan Bilgisayar in 2021 for ₺12,500. For about a month, dark cloud-like stains have appeared on the screen, and these black cloudings seriously degrade the picture quality. In addition, there is a risk that these stains may spread and cover the entire screen over time, which makes me very uneasy considering the price I paid for this product. When I contacted the authorized service about the issue, I was told that such a problem could occur in OLED televisions and that the cost of repair would be almost equal to the price of the product itself. I find it unacceptable that a television for which I paid tens of thousands of lira reaches such a condition after a few years of use and that the solution offered is practically as expensive as buying a new device. I request that Philips evaluate this situation as a manufacturing or panel-related problem, provide a satisfactory solution despite the warranty period having expired, and offer support such as free or reasonable-cost panel replacement or another form of customer-oriented resolution. I expect this complaint to be taken seriously and resolved in a way that will restore my trust in the brand.
