Burger King Mazatlán Children’s Play Area Has No Air Conditioning

I want to report the conditions in the children’s play area at Burger King Mazatlán Insurgentes. For about a week now, the play area has no air conditioning and the heat inside is unbearable, especially considering that it is specifically a space for children. I visited during the week and later returned on Sunday, and the air conditioning was still not working. We informed the person in charge at the restaurant, but she only smiled and replied that the air “doesn’t work,” without offering any solution or concern about the situation. In Mazatlán the temperatures are very high, and in a closed play area children can easily suffer from heat, become overheated and even risk dehydration. I find it unacceptable that a children’s area is kept in these conditions without taking urgent action. I request that the air conditioning in the children’s play area at Burger King Mazatlán Insurgentes be repaired as soon as possible and that appropriate measures be taken to ensure that children are not exposed to this kind of heat again.
