I’m Struggling Because My Philips 55PUS6401/12 Keeps Disconnecting During Screen Mirroring
For more than a month, I have been unable to use the screen-mirroring feature on my Philips 55PUS6401/12 television. It used to work without any issues, but now it appears to connect and then immediately disconnects without ever establishing a proper connection. This problem occurs the same way across all my devices—phone, tablet, and computer.
I have tried every possible solution on my own but haven’t been successful. The TV is no longer under warranty. In addition to screen mirroring, I have also started experiencing issues with other smart features—for example, when I try to watch a movie through Google, I receive errors and the movie won’t open.
I am requesting technical support from Philips and would like guidance on how to resolve this problem.
