Philips XC8057/01 Vacuum Brush Not Spinning Under Warranty

On June 11, 2025, I purchased a Philips XC8057/01 cordless vacuum cleaner from MediaMarkt. Recently, the rotating brush inside the vacuum’s brush head stopped working and no longer spins. As a result, the vacuum has become significantly less effective at picking up dust from carpets and hard floors.

My product is still under warranty. Since I believe the issue is caused by the brush head, I request that the faulty brush head be replaced free of charge under the warranty. I kindly ask that the product be inspected and that I receive assistance as soon as possible.
