I am writing regarding my Philips SpeedPro Max XC7040/01 cordless stick vacuum cleaner, purchased from Hepsiburada in Türkiye on 9 November 2024 and still under the standard 2-year manufacturer’s warranty. The device has experienced repeated structural failures during normal household use. The current issue is a breakage at the connection point between the vacuum tube and the cleaning head. The plastic joint fractured suddenly during routine weekly cleaning, without any drop, impact, or misuse. The damage occurred under standard operating conditions. This is the second structural problem within approximately 1.5 years of ownership. The first incident involved cracking of the upper tube component, which was replaced under warranty by an authorized Philips service center in Türkiye. The latest break occurred on 11 March 2026. Although the device is still under warranty, the authorized service center classified the issue as “user damage” and proposed a paid repair. I received a cost estimate but did not approve it, as I believe this recurring structural failure should be evaluated under warranty. The invoice number is 7205221283, and I can provide the serial number and supporting documents if required. I have already submitted photos of the defect. Given that this is the second structural failure, I no longer have confidence in the durability of this unit. My primary request is a full replacement under warranty. Alternatively, I would accept a permanent repair with confirmation that the structural issue has been properly resolved. I kindly request reconsideration of the “user damage” classification and a fair resolution.
