Philips Upright Vacuum Issue - Telescopic Tube Keeps Breaking
The telescopic part of my Philips upright vacuum keeps breaking. Every time I took it to the service center, they said it was “out of scope” and charged me. How can this be so irresponsible? The last time I took it in, they even returned the part to me in a crushed condition. I truly regret buying it—please address this issue.
