The telescopic tube of my Philips vacuum cleaner recently broke due to regular use. Although the product is no longer under warranty, I have seen on social media that Philips has supported customers in similar situations as part of their customer satisfaction approach. Because of my trust in Philips and my overall satisfaction with the brand, I wanted to ask whether I could also receive assistance in this matter. I would greatly appreciate your help with a free replacement of the broken part or any suitable solution you can offer. They called a little while ago, I couldn't answer, I'm waiting, I don't have much hope, but oh well.

Philips MHz center has been helpful and well-intentioned, but the service asks for 650 TL for 10 minutes. Philips says they can't do anything about the service. Oh, if it were Arçelik/Beko, would it be like this? Still, endless thanks to Philips MHz.
